The ILN Insights 2009, having undergone a major face-lift, is ready for you to dig in, wear out, and share share share. The redesign encompassed two main attributes: quick access and ease of use. And based on our Virtual Friday "release party", I am guessing that you too will like what you see. There are several ways you might use this deliverable:

1) to quickly find out what we did in 2009
2) to brush up on any of the Tools we used in 2009
3) to help you educate colleagues on what the ILN is (yep we know, its been hard)
4) to help you share the ILN story with non-ILN organizations (help us grow!)

....and we would LOVE any feedback. It will only help make the 2010 edition even better.
